As a wildlife conservationist from Nairobi, I relish exploring new cultures, and my recent stay at Portofino was certainly memorable. We stayed in a spacious, sea-view apartment that offered a stunning daily vista of the bay. The beach was just a short stroll away, allowing for easy access to the sun and surf. The highlight was undoubtedly the culinary experience. Mornings began with a delightful breakfast spread that energized us for the day ahead. We dined at nearby restaurants, indulging in local flavors, particularly enjoying the Italian cuisine at Pizzeria Mamma Mia-just a hop away. The staff was welcoming, and I particularly appreciated our conversations with the night team; their hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. the proximity to shops and cafes-only a 5-minute walk-made for convenient excursions.
